GUEST AND CUSTOMER SAFETY.
The Health and Safety of our guests, staff and suppliers is of the utmost importance to us and we have spent a considerable amount of time making our hotel and public areas safe to enable you to enjoy your time with us.
Our Staff fully understand the rules as per Government Guidance and our guidelines will be updated whenever required.
We all have a responsibility to continue to observe these guidelines and therefore no guests, staff or suppliers should arrive at the hotel if they have any of the symptoms of COVID-19.
All signage displayed must be read and adhered to. In readiness of our opening we will be making specific changes to our operation with the minimum of compromise to our guest care and professional service that we provide
Listed below are some changes we have made for your safety and comfort.
Check in and Check out can be organised prior to arrival and prepayment made.
If you know your time of arrival and departure please let us know
Keys will be available on arrival and on check out a box will be in reception where the keys can be deposited for sanitising.
Please book breakfast and dinner either prior to arrival or via telephone from your room.
We have put in place increased cleaning procedures throughout the hotel. (full details  below)
Hand Sanitisers are available throughout the hotel.
Face coverings and Gloves are available if required.
Public Toilets will be checked and cleaned regularly and a one in one out system will apply.
Social Distancing to be adhered to at all times.
Upon departure all bedrooms will be deep cleaned and where possible will remain vacant for a minimum of 48hours after use.
We have removed items where necessary from bedrooms to avoid any transmission of Covd 19
Risk Assessments have been carried out throughout the hotel and our staff have been re-trained in Health and Safety requirements.

Current Health and Hygiene Standards. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Given the effects of COVID-19, we have taken additional measures in our hotel today, developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC), to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
  • Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
  • We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers.
.What to Expect During Your Stay. As you know, the way we travel looks a little different right now, so we wanted to ensure you had the latest list of what to keep in mind when you prepare to travel next. Please reach out to us directly to understand our latest local guidelines.
  • Social Distancing. Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. We’ve adjusted common areas our hotel to help guests adhere to these guidelines. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and Team Members and maintain the suggested six feet of distance.
  • Masks and Other Protective Equipment.     We have masks and gloves available upon request and hand sanitiser available throughout the hotel.
  • Hotel Services and Amenities. For your safety, some services such as, restaurants, bars and daily housekeeping may be modified or suspended.
